For over 45 years our company has been designing and manufacturing moulds and plastic injection systems using a single system.
Cavaglià Plasthing also produces customized injection systems according to customer specifications, even on existing molds, studying the customer’s mathematics, or sending us sample components, we will be able to create the best solutions to achieve the high-performance results.
In addition, if the customer has trusted suppliers of injection systems, they can collaborate with us even just to make the mold where their injection system will be installed.
Cavaglià Plasthing also produces Filter Systems tailored to the customer that will be mounted on their presses, this allows you to avoid problems due to external components that enter the machine and spoil the mold and create a perfect mixture of the product both as regards the fibers and to homogenize the colors in the best way.
