Ralco is a family-owned and operated company, headquartered in Biassono, about 20 km north of Milan, with a satellite office in El Dorado Hills, California, USA. Over the years, Ralco has steadily grown to become the world’s leading manufacturer of X-ray collimators, specializing in customized products built to meet customer specifications.

With more than 50 years of experience, Ralco has developed deep expertise in radiological collimation applications. The range of X-ray collimators produced by Ralco is extensive, equipping most of the industry’s medical X-ray systems currently on the market—from collimators used in mobile units to complex CT scanning technologies, as well as systems tailored for sophisticated cardiovascular applications.

All phases of production are kept in-house, including project management, PCB design, machine shop operations, 3D printing, and innovative manufacturing techniques.
